Stage 1

Recruiter Chat

The Talent Acquisition team will conduct an initial conversation with you.
Stage 2

First Interview

First formal interview with hiring manager and/or hiring panel to assess fit for the role/company.
Stage 3

Second Interview

Interview with hiring manager and/or hiring panel. (Typically, in-person interview depending on location).

Assess fit for role and skill level, as well as culture fit in team and organisation.
Stage 4

Technical Assessment/Presentation

Technical Assessment/Presentation stage entails a "take home" task to demonstrate specific technical expertise in the role. (Results will typically be presented back to the hiring manager/panel in a final interview format).
Stage 5

Third Interview

Interview with a member of the Leadership Team - a great opportunity to hear from our leaders on the short to long term goals of Nuix.


Stage 6

Offer Stage

The Talent Acquisition team is liaising with the hiring manager to create the offer packet, send offer for formal approvals and create the contract. The excitement is building...
