Role Overview:
This role will be joining our People & Culture team in Sydney. We value people who can find a balance between performance and people, and who can blend their style to match. We are obsessive about delivering a world-class service to our stakeholders, our people, every day. This role is different to 95% of other roles on market and is custom designed for an experienced P&C professional to take their career trajectory to the next level. Here’s why.
This role will have the unique opportunity to have both multiple defined stakeholder groups.
This includes exposure and stakeholders both in the ELT and SLT.
Chance to lead, own and collaborate across multiple “verticals” in the P&C space. No areas are off limits, we’re on a mission to redesign it all.
We’ve started redefining and rebuilding our culture. We’ve made great progress over the past 12-months, and there’s still more to go.

This is a hybrid role; 3 days in the Sydney office
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute People strategies that directly support overarching business goals.
Organisational Design: Provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, structural changes, and succession planning to ensure the business scales effectively.
Performance and Development: Drive performance management programmes, championing a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and professional growth.
Leadership Coaching: Coach and mentor managers at all levels to enhance their leadership capabilities and help them navigate complex team dynamics.
Employee Relations: Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues, resolving them fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with employment law.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyse key People metrics (such as turnover, engagement, and diversity data) to identify trends and implement proactive, data-informed solutions.
Change Management: Lead communication and change management initiatives to guide teams smoothly through periods of rapid growth or structural shifts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
8+ years of experience in People & Culture advisory or business partnering roles, ideally within the technology sector.
In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing projects and delivering initiatives within a dynamic environment.
Desired Expertise:
Previous experience working in an ASX-listed company.
Strong proficiency with People systems and data analytics for reporting and insights.
Experience working with employees based in Singapore, Philippines, and Japan.
