Role Overview:
The Nuix Solution Consultant plays a key role in delivering end-to-end deployment, configuration, and optimization of Nuix software solutions. his role combines technical expertise, project delivery discipline, and strong communication skills to ensure successful solution implementation and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain customer environments, ensuring alignment with project milestones and business outcomes.
Location:
This position will be based in our London office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office for the remaining days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Software Deployment & Implementation
Lead the deployment, configuration, and validation of Nuix software products in customer environments - both remote and occasionally on-site.
Conduct environment readiness assessments, install application components, and configure integration points with enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain installation guides and handover documentation for customer administrators.
Hardware Sizing & Architecture Design
Analyse client requirements and data volumes to recommend optimal hardware and storage configurations.
Produce architecture and deployment documentation, including data flow diagrams, network layouts, and scaling recommendations.
Maintain awareness of Nuix system performance best practices and evolving infrastructure standards (on-premises, cloud, and hybrid).
Project Management Alignment & Reporting
Manage individual workload and project deliverables autonomously, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
Proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes to project managers and CSMs.
Customer Success Collaboration
Partner closely with the assigned Customer Success Manager to support customer adoption, solution health, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide ongoing professional services and advisory support to help customers maximize the value of their Nuix investment.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Technical Escalation
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving Nuix Neo and associated platform components (e.g., Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, or cloud services).
Reproduce customer issues in test environments and work with Nuix Support or Engineering for escalation where required.
Analyse logs, system metrics, and performance indicators to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must have an up to date and valid passport
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven understanding of multi-tier application architectures (application layer, database layer, search/indexing layer & storage/networking dependencies)
Experience implementing and troubleshooting PKI, SSL/TLS certificates, and secure communications
Working knowledge of identity and access management (Active Directory, LDAP, SAML/SSO)
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux system administration
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management ability with a deadline focus
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple time-zones
Must be able to travel as needed (35%+)
Desired Expertise:
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Load Balancers & Port Management)
Experience working with various ECA and Review tools (Nuix, Clearwell, Recommind, Autonomy, Digital Reef).
Experience working with various EDD processing tools (LAW, IPRO).
Relevant experience in eDiscovery, Litigation, and Corporate Investigations
Familiarity with various Forensic Tool Kits (Encase, AccessData).
Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes containerized deployments
Knowledge and experience with Java, Python, and/or Ruby
