Role Overview:
The Training Operations Specialist ensures the smooth delivery and administration of Nuix's global customer training programs. This role is crucial in maintaining operational excellence, managing training logistics, and supporting the successful delivery of both virtual and in-person training sessions worldwide.
This role is ideal for people who have experience with event management etc
Location:
This position will be based in the Sydney. Role has global responsibilities and service customer across the global, flexibility in working hours required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, registration, and logistics
Producing and maintaining the public schedule of training courses.
Working with Authorised Training Partner to schedule and manage logistics around partner events
The role with be customer facing and will interact with customers on a daily basis
Coordinate with trainers, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery
Maintain training environments and resources
Process training registrations and handle customer inquiries
Track and report on training metrics and participant feedback
Manage learning management system (LMS) administration
Comprehensive revenue operations, vendor and invoice management, including creating and managing training opportunities in CRM, processing registrations through our registration platform, tracking and reporting on training activities and completions, reconciliation of revenue, while maintaining accurate records of all training revenue and attendance data.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
3+ years experience in training operations or educational administration
Demonstrated experience with financial operations and revenue reconciliation
Strong proficiency with CRM, Event Registration Platforms, and learning management systems
Excellence in vendor management and invoice processing
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
Proven track record in stakeholder management and customer service
Experience in coordinating complex scheduling and logistics
Strong attention to detail and process management capabilities
Desired Expertise:
Experience working with Authorized Training Partners or managing external partnership
Knowledge of training delivery platforms and virtual learning environments
Background in revenue operations or financial administration
Experience with automation tools and process improvement
Project management certification or experience
