Sales Trainer - APAC
We're on a mission to be a Force For Good, through our People, Products and Purpose at Nuix. This extends to our People. We're fiercely passionate, love working at pace, thrive in ambiguity, live, and breathe outside of the box, and above all are good humans. We're determined to make a positive difference in the world, whether through our solutions which help the top companies, governments and agencies find the truth and combat illegal activities, or through our people who care about contributing and giving back both within, and outside, of Nuix. We are a Force For Good. We're selective about who comes on board, and you should be too. But if the above sounds like a match, get in touch today and get ready for the possibility of starting a once-in-a-career journey.
Role Overview:
Nuix turns complex, unstructured data into actionable intelligence, giving investigators, legal teams and enterprise organisations the power to find the truth in vast volumes of information. As the Sales Trainer for APAC, you will be the primary force that prepares Nuix's revenue teams across the region to sell with precision, confidence and speed. Working within Sales Enablement and reporting to the SVP of Sales Enablement, you will design, deliver and continuously refine the programmes that bring new sellers to full productivity in three months or less, and that keep experienced sellers sharp across Nuix's full product portfolio.
This is a delivery-focused individual contributor role that demands genuine enterprise sales fluency, not simply facilitation skill. You will translate complex product knowledge, market dynamics and structured sales methodologies into practical selling motions that stick. You will own the APAC sales certification framework, partner closely with go-to-market and product stakeholders, and use data to measure, report on and improve learner readiness at every stage of the seller lifecycle.
Location:
This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Sydney office for the remaining 2 days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver structured onboarding programmes that reduce new seller ramp time to three months or less. Build role-based learning pathways with clear milestones, assessments and manager checkpoints that move sellers from orientation to pipeline-ready in a defined, measurable timeframe.
• Own and operate the APAC internal sales certification programme end to end. Develop, administer and continuously improve certification courses that validate seller competency across Nuix Neo, Nuix Discover and the broader Nuix solution portfolio.
• Embed structured sales methodology and value-based selling practice across the APAC field team. Coach sellers on enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Challenger, translating methodology into practical conversation skills, discovery habits and deal-progression behaviours.
• Build and maintain a suite of product training content that keeps pace with Nuix's evolving portfolio. Partner with Product Marketing and Solutions teams to convert product updates, new releases and competitive intelligence into seller-ready training modules, playbooks and talk tracks.
• Measure programme effectiveness and report on seller readiness through a data-driven lens. Define and track key enablement metrics including ramp time, certification completion, win rate and sales cycle length, using insights to iterate and improve learning design.
• Collaborate with GTM, Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to align enablement delivery with regional priorities. Maintain active stakeholder cadences to ensure training content, sequencing and launch readiness reflect current go-to-market strategy and field feedback across APAC markets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• A minimum of ten years' experience in sales training or sales enablement within enterprise software. You bring a demonstrable track record of designing and delivering programmes that measurably improve seller performance, ramp time and certification outcomes in complex, multi-product environments.
• Deep working knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to coach them in practice. You are fluent in frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger or equivalent value-based selling approaches, and can translate these into concrete, repeatable behaviours for sellers at varying levels of experience.
• Proven ability to design scalable, blended learning programmes for adult enterprise sales audiences. You have built onboarding curricula, certification frameworks and ongoing training content that work across in-person, virtual and LMS-delivered formats, and you understand instructional design principles well enough to apply them without a specialist.
• Strong data literacy and a disciplined approach to measuring enablement impact. You track the metrics that matter, interpret them honestly and use what you find to make training programmes more effective, not simply to report activity completion.
Desired Expertise:
• Familiarity with the eDiscovery, investigative analytics or enterprise data intelligence market. Experience selling or enabling within legal technology, digital forensics or data intelligence software means you will spend less time building domain fluency and more time accelerating seller performance.
• Formal instructional design qualification or sales training certification. Credentials such as CPTD, ATD or equivalent sales methodology trainer accreditation signal a structured, recognised approach to learning design and are valued, though not required.
