Role Overview:
Nuix is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive, a Strategic Enterprise Executive – AI, Big Data Analytics & Investigations in Provincial and Municipal Law Enforcement and Government (Canada) whose greatest asset is not simply a history of exceeding sales quotas—it is an established network of trusted executive relationships across Canada's provincial law enforcement, regulatory, and enterprise communities, including the partner channels that serve them. As part of our go-to-market strategy built on accelerating market penetration through trusted relationships, we are looking for an executive who can immediately engage senior decision makers, leverage long-standing credibility to create opportunities.
This is not a territory-building role. It is a market expansion role. The successful candidate will have spent years cultivating executive relationships and strategic partner channels across provincial government, public safety, criminal justice, regulatory agencies, and understands how enterprise technology decisions are actually made and procured.

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate success selling complex enterprise software or SaaS platforms into the Canadian public sector.
Possess a proven ability to sell a strategic enterprise platform rather than individual products or modules.
Engage with senior business and technology leaders to understand enterprise priorities and transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities where Nuix can consolidate, analyze, and visualize enterprise data to solve complex business and investigative challenges.
Develop relationships with strategic consulting partners, systems integrators, and technology alliances to identify opportunities, develop joint account strategies, and leverage established procurement vehicles to accelerate customer acquisition.
Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from executive engagement through contract execution.
Build and execute multi-year account strategies focused on enterprise expansion.
Partner closely with Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, and executive leadership throughout the sales cycle.
Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
Show fluency in a structured enterprise sales methodology applied to long and complex public sector sales cycles. Practical experience applying MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or an equivalent framework to qualify, advance, and close opportunities spanning multiple quarters or government procurement cycles.

Your role will be to introduce these capabilities to executive leaders who are actively transforming their organizations through data, analytics, and AI. The successful candidate will possess deep credibility with executive decision makers—including Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Chief Data Officers (CDOs), Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), Chief Risk Officers (CROs), Chief Digital Officers, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers, and senior investigative leaders—and understand how enterprise data can be transformed into actionable intelligence.

Expand Nuix's footprint across provincial government and law enforcement organizations.
Establish new executive relationships while leveraging your existing network to create qualified opportunities.
Develop strategic partnerships that increase market access through established procurement vehicles and partner-led engagements.
Position Nuix as a trusted enterprise platform for AI-enabled investigations, enterprise data intelligence, compliance, cyber resilience, and public safety.
Build sustainable executive sponsorship that drives long-term growth across Canada's public sector and regulated commercial markets.
