Role Overview:
The Senior Product Marketing Manager serves as the definitive source of truth on the Nuix Neo product value proposition for customers, clarifying the go-to-market strategy from a product lens to drive the success of Nuix Neo and ensure alignment on pricing, core product messaging across all customer-facing teams and partners. This role will collaborate with marketing, sales enablement and our innovation team to enable and drive adoption. They will be adept at translating our Product strategy and roadmap into a language our internal stakeholders and customers can relate to. Success measures will be tied to Proof of Concept (PoC) win rates and Annual Contract Value (ACV) expansion.
Location:
This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Sydney office for the remaining 2 days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Strategy & Positioning
The Technical Bridge: Serve as the primary link between Engineering and GTM teams; ensure marketing narratives are grounded in "product truth" while remaining commercially compelling.
Artifact Ownership: Create high-fidelity, customer-facing content that maps complex software architecture directly to the technical requirements of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Market Intelligence: Lead research into Total Addressable Market (TAM) and competitive landscapes to guide investment, pricing, and packaging strategies for the NEO platform.
SC Enablement
Enablement Frameworks: Build robust technical templates and structured playbooks that allow Solutions Consultants (SCs) to communicate complex features at scale.
Technical Deep-Dives: Support the SC team with demo environment narratives, complex proof-of-concept (PoC) scripts, and advanced technical training.
Brand Synthesis: Ensure the "how it works" is as engaging as the "why it matters," maintaining technical integrity while simplifying dense topics into actionable stories.
Experience and Capabilities
Proven record of identifying complex software architecture or data-heavy features and turning them into digestible, compelling B2B value propositions.
Experience building technical training programs or "demo-ready" playbooks for Solutions Consultants and Sales Engineers.
A history of acting as the "connective tissue" between Product Management/Engineering and the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
Skills and Behaviors:
Requires a significant growth mindset to be able to adapt to the technical nature of our product portfolio and our customer base.
The ability to "talk shop" with developers and engineers while maintaining a focus on the customer’s business problem.
A natural tendency to build systems and templates rather than one-off documents; you value scalability.
You love looking at product usage data and ICP feedback to evolve the narrative.
The ability to simplify dense, "dry" technical topics into engaging stories without losing technical integrity.
