Role Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager will own the details of our product marketing assets, ensuring our messaging is grounded in reality, and add immense value while ensuring alignment to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role will create high-fidelity frameworks that bridge the gap between our product’s reality and the strategic needs of our most demanding users. You will establish the gold standard for how we communicate complex features, ensuring our brand narrative is as technically bulletproof as our offering.
Location:
This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Sydney office for the remaining 2 days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Content & Artifact Engine
Technical Translation: Transform complex software architecture and "dry" product specs into high-fidelity, customer-facing artifacts (whitepapers, technical blogs, and deep-dive videos).
Feature Mapping: Map granular product capabilities directly to the technical requirements of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring the "how it works" is technically bulletproof.
Scalable Frameworks: Build and maintain technical templates that allow product value to be communicated consistently and at scale across the global organization.
Frontline Enablement & Support
Sales Playbooks: Develop the technical core of our sales playbooks, providing the "Proof of Value" that helps Sales and Solutions Consultants (SCs) win technical evaluations.
Technical Deep-Dives: Directly support the SC and Sales Engineering teams by developing sophisticated demo environments, scripts, and complex Proof-of-Concept (PoC) support materials.
Internal Training: Lead "Technical Enablement" sessions for the frontline, ensuring they are comfortable demoing the most advanced features of the NEO platform.
Product-to-Market Bridge
Engineering Reality: Serve as the hands-on link between Product and GTM teams; ensure all marketing claims are grounded in current engineering reality and product truth.
Assistant to Strategy: Partner closely with the Senior PMM to provide the technical "connective tissue" required to execute high-level Go-To-Market strategies.
Experience and Capabilities
Technical Storytelling: A passion for deconstructing data-heavy features and turning them into digestible, compelling B2B narratives without losing technical integrity.
Demo Architecture: Proven experience building "ready-to-use" demo environments or technical playbooks for Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience acting as the bridge between "the lab" (Engineering) and "the field" (Sales/CS).
Systemic Thinking: A natural tendency to understand the "Why" and "How" of software systems, with the ability to explain those concepts to others.
Skills and Behaviors:
The "Translator" Mindset: The ability to simplify dense technical topics into engaging stories that help a customer solve a specific business problem.
Technical Curiosity: An innate interest in software architecture, data intelligence, and the evolving technical nature of the Nuix portfolio.
Operational Agility: A "jump-in" attitude—you enjoy getting your hands dirty in the product to help an SC win a complex technical deal.
