Role Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for translating product strategy into compelling market-facing content, messaging, and promotional assets that drive awareness, adoption and lead generation.
Working closely with Product Management, Sales Enablement, Go to Market, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams, this role ensures that Nuix's product value propositions are consistently and effectively communicated across all marketing channels.
The Product Marketing Manager acts as the bridge between Product Management and Marketing execution, converting product positioning, customer value propositions, competitive differentiators, and launch priorities into customer-ready content and campaigns that support pipeline growth and awareness.
Location:
This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the Sydney office for the remaining 2 days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Messaging & Content Development
Author and maintain core messaging guides, positioning documents, proof points, and product narratives based on inputs provided by Product Management.
Translate product value propositions and benefits into customer-centric messaging tailored to target audiences and buying personas.
Develop product-related content including:
Product fact sheets
White papers
Website content
Analyst briefing materials
Customer success stories
Ensure all product messaging aligns with Nuix's overarching brand positioning and narrative.
Product Launch & Campaign Support
Partner with Product Management to support product launches and feature releases.
Develop launch content and marketing assets aligned to the release calendar.
Coordinate with GTM, Digital Marketing, Events, and Creative teams to ensure launch campaigns are executed consistently across channels.
Create promotional content that supports awareness, adoption and pipeline objectives.
Analyst, Influencer & Market Communications
Support analyst relations by developing product narratives, briefing materials, and supporting content.
Contribute to market-facing thought leadership that reinforces Nuix's differentiation and expertise.
Help shape how Nuix products are represented across industry events, webinars, media engagements, and external communications.
Digital & Website Content
Partner with Digital Marketing to ensure product and solution pages accurately reflect current messaging and positioning.
Support SEO, AEO, and content optimisation initiatives through product-related content creation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management to understand product strategy, value propositions, competitive positioning, and target segments.
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure consistency between market-facing content and sales-facing materials.
Gather market feedback and campaign insights and provide recommendations to Product Management and Marketing leadership.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, Content Marketing, or related technology marketing roles.
Experience working in software or SaaS environments with exposure to structured release and product launch processes, acting as a key marketing stakeholder in go-to-market and release cycles.
Experience translating complex software capabilities into clear, compelling customer-facing content.
Proven ability to create messaging, collateral, and content that supports lead generation and brand-building initiatives.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
